Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Everyday Mike is operated by Michael D Earles (“Everyday Mike”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Michael D Earles. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.
1. The Everyday Mike service
Everyday Mike is a web app that helps athletes ages 11–18 build a personal performance system: who they are, how they reset, where they are going, and what matters most. It includes a Performance System with three priorities, a 60-Second Mental Rep, post-session reflections, Coach Mike guidance and Depth Charge, a Weekly Reset, progress and season history, and a parent support experience.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you are signing up on behalf of a family, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
3. Youth athlete accounts and the parent or guardian role
Athlete accounts are intended for young athletes with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may connect to an athlete account once the connection is approved in the app. Connected parents see a limited support view, not the athlete’s private reflections.
4. Family membership
One membership covers the approved connected athletes in a family under our current access model. A parent or guardian purchases the membership; athletes gain full access through their approved connection.
5. Subscription pricing
Membership is $4.99 per month or $59 per year, charged in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you check out and may change for future billing periods with notice.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
6. Renewal and cancellation
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through the membership screen in the app or the billing page on your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals, and paid access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund.
7. Complimentary, promo and tester access
We may grant complimentary access, promotional codes or tester access. That access can be limited in time or scope, is not transferable, has no cash value, and can be ended or changed by us.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Everyday Mike unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, to upload harmful content, or to interfere with the service’s security (probing, scraping, malware, bypassing limits). Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
9. Athlete development and coaching scope
Everyday Mike provides general mindset, habit and goal-setting guidance for youth athletes, including responses generated with AI. It is not personal athletic, medical, nutritional or professional advice, and AI-generated responses can be inaccurate. Use judgment, and involve a coach, parent or qualified professional for decisions that matter.
10. No medical or mental-health services
Everyday Mike is not a healthcare, counselling, therapy or crisis service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If an athlete is in distress or may be in danger, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.
11. Ownership of site and app content
The Everyday Mike app, its coaching content, branding and software remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial use during your access period.
12. Information you submit
You keep ownership of what you write in the app. You grant us the limited right to host and process it so we can provide the service, including sending your entries to our AI provider to generate coaching responses. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Everyday Mike available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may add, change or remove features over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Termination and loss of access
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. You can stop using the service at any time.
15. Data after membership ends
When a membership ends, athlete accounts and their existing performance systems, reflections and season history are preserved; full-access features are simply locked until access resumes. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
16. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, under Paddle’s refund rules and your mandatory consumer-law rights. See our Refund Policy for details.
17. Contact and support
Questions about these terms or the service: everydaymike@myyahoo.com. Billing and receipt questions are handled by Paddle through the manage-subscription link on your receipt or at paddle.net.
18. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of Everyday Mike means you accept the updated terms.
